The Services may not be available in all jurisdictions, and access may be restricted where digital asset activities are prohibited or regulated.

Pocket Dragons may offer blockchain-based digital collectibles, NFTs, in-game assets, rewards, digital items, or related ecosystem features.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Ownership of blockchain assets is recorded on the applicable blockchain network
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• We do not guarantee liquidity, market value, rarity, or future utility
• Digital assets may experience extreme price volatility
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, passwords, and seed phrases

Pocket Dragons is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Wallet compromise
• User error
• Blockchain network failures
• Third-party marketplace activity
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Hacks or exploits outside our reasonable control

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice

Pocket Dragons digital collectibles and ecosystem features are intended for entertainment, gaming, collecting, and community participation purposes only.

Digital collectibles, rewards, ecosystem features, or other digital items should not be purchased with an expectation of profit, investment return, or financial gain.

Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with local laws.

Pocket Dragons may introduce gameplay systems, rewards, points, utility mechanics, staking systems, or other ecosystem features.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Such features have no guaranteed monetary value
• Rewards are not guaranteed
• Ecosystem mechanics may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
• Future features, roadmaps, or announcements do not constitute binding commitments or guarantees

Any roadmap, concept art, gameplay preview, ecosystem plan, or future feature is subject to change at our sole discretion.

All content, artwork, branding, logos, characters, game mechanics, software, designs, graphics, and materials associated with Pocket Dragons are owned by Pocket Dragons or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Ownership of a digital collectible does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display owned digital collectibles for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Commercialize our intellectual property beyond any expressly granted rights
• Modify or exploit our materials for unlawful purposes

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or smart contract loopholes
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others
• Use the Services for money laundering or unlawful financial activity

• Blockchain network performance
• Transaction failures caused by third parties

Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

You acknowledge that blockchain technology and digital assets involve significant risks, including:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Cybersecurity threats
• Loss of access to digital assets
• Technological failures
• Network congestion or disruptions

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Services and digital assets.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Pocket Dragons does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Error-free functionality
• Future development timelines
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms
• Specific outcomes, rewards, or results

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Dragons and its affiliates, contributors, team members, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Digital asset losses
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Market losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Pocket Dragons, if any, during the previous 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any aspect of the Services at any time without liability or prior notice.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating entity of Pocket Dragons, without regard to conflict of law principles.
