1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Pocket Dragons FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. They apply when you use the Pocket Dragons launch site. Questions about them go to [email protected].

2. Who may become a Keeper

Becoming a Keeper requires an X account and a Discord account. You must meet the minimum age that X and Discord each require of you in your country, and you must be able to agree to these terms where you live. We do not run a separate age check; those two floors are the ones that apply.

Use accounts you are entitled to use. One X account and one Discord account belong to one Keeper, and one Keeper to one of each.

3. What the launch is, and what it is not

The launch is an onboarding: you connect your X and Discord accounts and complete the quests the current phase asks for. Doing so earns badges, a Keeper number and a place on the Keeper Ledger.

Badges, your Keeper number, your rank on the Ledger and the internal score behind them are a record of status and nothing else. They are not money, property, a security, a token, or a claim on anything. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or given away, they have no cash value, and holding them is not a promise of any future allocation, airdrop, mint, discount or reward. If that ever changes it will be announced on its own terms, and nothing here creates an entitlement to it in advance.

There is no mint, marketplace, pack, balance, deposit, withdrawal, treasury or wallet in this service. Anything you read elsewhere describing one is describing something that has not been released.

4. Verification, and what voids it

Each quest is checked against X or Discord. A check can be delayed when a provider is slow or unavailable, and one the service cannot decide by itself is passed to the team to look at. Nothing is treated as verified because a provider returned an error.

You must not:

• fabricate evidence, or submit a post made by an account other than the one you connected;
• use automation, scripts or bought engagement to produce a result the check would otherwise refuse;
• run more than one Keeper account, or trade, sell or buy accounts, Keeper numbers or Ledger positions;
• attempt to interfere with the checks, the rate limits or anyone else's record.

We may review any verification, at any time, including after a badge has been awarded. Where a quest was verified fraudulently or by automated participation, we will void it: the verification is reversed, the score it granted is deducted, and the record of that decision is kept. Where the whole account was fraudulent, its Ledger entry goes with it.

If you think a decision about your account was wrong, write to the support address with your X username and what you expected. A person will read it.

5. What you post, and what is ours

Your Keeper card is composed for you and downloaded to your device. Publishing it is your decision and your post, made in your own X client under X's terms. When you give us the address of that post you are telling us to look at it. Post only what you have the right to post, and do not include someone else's personal information without their agreement; a public post can be copied by anyone.

The Pocket Dragons name, the artwork, the models, the music and the site itself belong to Pocket Dragons FZE LLC or to those who licensed them to us. You may use the site as it is meant to be used, and you may keep and post the Keeper card the service composes for you. Everything else needs our permission.

6. Liability

This service is free, and we provide it as it stands. It depends on X, on Discord and on our hosting, and any of them can be unavailable. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of faults, or that a check will always be decided the moment you want it, and we may change how the site works or stop offering part of it.

We are responsible for loss you actually suffer because we broke this agreement or were at fault, so far as that loss follows directly from what we did. We do not try to sign that responsibility away: under the law that governs these terms an agreement excusing someone from liability for a harmful act has no effect, and nothing here is meant to have one.

We are not responsible for what X, Discord or any other service you use does or fails to do, for what someone else posts, or for a loss that does not follow directly from something we did.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Disputes belong to the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away a protection that the law of the country where you live gives you and does not let you give up.

8. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when the service changes, and the effective date at the top will change with them. A change that materially affects you will be announced on the site before it takes effect.

9. Community rules

These rules apply in the Pocket Dragons Discord server and to anything you submit through the launch. They sit alongside Discord's own rules, not instead of them.

• Treat people with respect. No harassment, hate, threats, stalking or brigading.
• Never sexualise, exploit, groom or endanger a child. Report anything of that kind immediately, to us and to the appropriate authorities.
• Do not share anyone else's private information, identity documents, precise location, credentials or sensitive data, and keep your own out of public channels.
• Do not impersonate people, the team, partners or providers, and do not fabricate quest evidence, manipulate engagement, spam, or use unauthorised automation.
• Post only content you have the right to post and that suits the audience. No malware, scams, illegal goods or services, infringing material, graphic violence or sexual content.
• Do not pressure anyone to connect a wallet, transfer funds, reveal a recovery phrase or complete a transaction, and do not present a badge, a Keeper number or an unreleased feature as guaranteed financial value.
• The team will never ask for your password, an OAuth token, a seed phrase, or a payment to complete onboarding. Anyone who does is not us.

Moderators may remove content or restrict access where these rules are broken, and may act first where someone's safety is at stake. If you think a moderation decision was wrong, write to the support address.
